Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

International delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal infrastructure, and customs processing. These estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available and will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier and destination country. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries subject to international trade embargoes or sanctions. Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted country will be cancelled and refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products being ordered can legally be imported into their country.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, refusal of the package, or failure to collect from a local postal facility, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
