We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This page outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for products purchased from Veridose Supply.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted for standard refunds.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a standard return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- You must contact us by email at frankiedonnini07@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned for standard refunds once opened:
- Veridose 3ml Glass Cartridges (once the sterile seal has been broken)
- Veridose Pen Needle Tips (once the box seal has been broken)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. This applies to all products, including sterile items, in line with Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frankiedonnini07@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, unopened items), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Veridose Supply will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchased has a major failure or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of the conditions above.
